Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
This policy explains the product data Shiptawk processes and the controls available to you during the beta.
Information you provide
We process account identity, workspace and product context, feedback, and the work you create or review in Shiptawk.
Connected sources
Google Search Console and GitHub access require separate consent. GitHub repository monitoring is optional and limited to repositories you explicitly select.
How information is used
Information is used to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Shiptawk, and to prepare marketing recommendations and drafts from approved context and evidence.
AI processing
Shiptawk limits AI provider requests to the information needed for the selected task. Credentials, unrestricted source payloads, and private source code are not intentionally sent as prompt content.
Sharing and publication
Shiptawk does not publish generated public or customer-facing work without the configured explicit approval. Service providers may process limited data where needed to operate the product.
Public-page analytics
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation on Shiptawk's public pages. We use this behavioral analytics data to understand and improve the website. Clarity does not load on sign-in, onboarding, or authenticated product pages. Microsoft may use cookies or similar storage when analytics consent is granted. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time below.
Control and retention
You can revoke connected-source access. Product records may retain reports, edits, decisions, and delivery receipts where needed for history, security, and reliable operation.
Questions or requests can be sent through the contact page.
