These terms describe the conditions for evaluating and using the Shiptawk beta.

Beta service

Shiptawk is provided as a beta service. Features, limits, availability, and future pricing may change as the product develops.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the workspaces you create, and ensuring that information and sources you connect may lawfully be used for your purposes.

Connected services

Access to Google, GitHub, and other services is governed by their terms as well. You choose which supported sources to connect and can revoke that access.

Generated work

Recommendations and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect and require your review. You remain responsible for claims, approvals, publication decisions, and how generated work is used.

Acceptable use

Do not use Shiptawk to violate laws, rights, service restrictions, security controls, or to process information you are not authorized to use.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or specific marketing outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Shiptawk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta.
